As part of the Right to Read Act endorsed by the State of Arkansas, public school districts in the state have been assigned to teams for a closer lens on literacy.
Central Elementary was visited by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 to conduct classroom walkthroughs, observe student interactions, preview early literacy data as well as time reserve time for team collaboration. It was a very productive visit for Central Elementary!
