During daily walkthroughs each week Principal Rodgers has look-fors that teachers are maintaining according to Arkansas’ Teacher Excellence and Support System (TESS) used to demonstrate effective teaching methods. Each week, Ms Rodgers selects one teacher who is hitting those targets!
