The students in Coach Slater's Personal Fitness classes learned how to use a fat loss monitor. They had to input some personal data(ht and wt). This enabled them to find their BMI and %fat. Then they used this data to figure their pounds of fat and lean. Body composition is one of the health-related skills that they need to be at a standard to be healthy.

Students signed up for the various clubs and/or academic teams today at the club fair. Students volunteered to manage the tables while recruiting new members. #everythingmatters
